INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPATING VENDORS

Friday, September 28 ~ 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Welcome to the Summer Boulderganic After Hours. Please read the following information and if you have unanswered questions you can email us at events@rembrandtyard.com or call 303.301.2972. We will do our best to answer all questions in a timely manner, although questions submitted on the weekend will be answered the following Monday in most cases.

BOOTH SPACE: We will confirm booth space assignments by email on or by September 24th . We hold off on final placement so we can make sure similar vendors are not placed right next to each other. We feel this offers vendors the best sales potential and makes for a better show experience for attendees. We try our very best to give you your first or second choice of booth space if possible.

BOOTH SPACE PAYMENT: The full amount is due upon registering. Please print and sign the Terms and Conditions and return it with your payment. The price is $100 per table for non-advertisers of the Boulder Weekly and $50 for advertisers.

TABLES: All tables come with a sign holder with your business name on it and a basic ivory linen. Each table is 6' x 3' and will come with two chairs. Please let us know if you need additional chairs.

ARRIVAL: Load in begins at 3:00 p.m. All booths must be completed by 5:15 p.m. so we may conduct a final clean-up of the venue before opening the doors to the public at 5:30 p.m. There is a small loading zone at the front of the venue. This area is for loading and unloading only. Please load quickly as there will be numerous vendors trying to load in during a relativly short period of time. Once you have finished, please move your vehicle so that other vendors may use the loading zone.

DEPARTURE: The doors will close at 8:30 p.m., however, customers may still be in the room. Please do not start breaking down your booth until the last customer has left the building. You can load out the back alley/back door from 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Once all customers have left we will allow vendors to start unloading out the front doors as well as the back.

PARKING: All city meters are paid parking. All vehicles must be parked after loading in and may not be left in the loading zone. Please do not park in the alley adjacent to Rembrandt Yard as it is a throughfare. If you can not find street parking there are multiple parking structures located nearby, see the map below.
